**Terms and Conditions for Crystal Dreaming® Practitioner Training Course**

**1. Course Description**

The Crystal Dreaming® Practitioner training course is a 3-day intensive program designed to certify participants as Crystal Dreaming® Practitioners. The course covers the following topics:

- Knowledge of crystals

- How to hold a shamanic journey

- Ensuring safety for both practitioner and client

- Handling challenges that may arise during sessions

There are no prerequisites for attendance.

**2. Payment Plan**

Participants can choose to pay for the course in one upfront payment of $990 AUD or through a 3-month payment plan. The payment plan involves three monthly payments of $333 AUD each.

**3. Payment Methods**

Payments can be made online via Stripe or PayPal through the Acuity Scheduling platform.

**4. Refund Policy**

Refunds are offered at the trainer's discretion. Participants may request a refund, and the trainer will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, participants have the option to roll over their payment to the next available training session at no additional charge.

**5. Cancellation Policy**

- Cancellation is available up to 7 days before the training course begins.

- If a participant cancels within this period, they will receive a refund minus a $150 AUD administrative fee.

- If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the course start date, no refunds will be provided due to the immediate access to training documents provided upon first payment.

**6. Access to Course Materials**

Upon receipt of the first payment, participants will receive the necessary training documents and materials. These materials are essential for the course and will not be refunded if the participant cancels within the 7-day window before the course start date.

**7. Non-payment**

If a participant fails to make a scheduled payment, they will be notified via email and given a 7-day grace period to make the payment. If payment is not received within this period, access to the course may be suspended until the payment is made. Continued non-payment may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

**8. Communication**

All communications regarding payments, course details, and other important information will be conducted via the email address provided at the time of registration. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid and regularly checked email address.

**9. Privacy and Data Protection**

All personal information and payment details provided by participants will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is processed securely.

**10. Dispute Resolution**

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the training course will be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

By enrolling in the Crystal Dreaming® Practitioner training course, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
