I offer all of these modalities as part of this package, and we will decide together which ones to dive into depending on your goals and intentions for each session we have, and where your nervous system is at that day. This package is for you if you suspect that you are any of the following... * Disconnected from your body, emotions, or intuition * Feeling stuck in a pattern, cycle, pain, and discomfort and wanting help with releasing old beliefs and stories that are keeping you there *Wanting tools to regulate your nervous system * Wanting to align with your life's/soul's purpose (your unique gifts and reason for being) * Working on self love and compassion * Wanting help with future life progression visualizations and meditation *Wondering what it would feel like to make decisions from your highest self/intuition rather than from trauma responses, fear, and anxiety *Craving connection to self and/or others *Aware that you are the co-creator of your own reality and not looking for a quick fix or someone to save you *You want healing that is complimentary to your talk therapy, plant medicine ceremonies and sessions, This package is NOT for you if... *You are experiencing a physical or mental health crisis that could be life threatening *You are using this to replace psychotherapy *You are not willing to come to sessions sober *You are expecting someone to "fix" or save you *You are not willing to do the work outside of our sessions to support your healing and intentions This package inlcudes two 30-minute consultation/integration sessions and four 60-minute, in-person or remote/online sessions to be used within 2 months. *This is a very limited discounted offer, and I only have space for 8 people who want to embark on this journey with me
