CLASS PASSES

Class Packs can be used for all our Pilates Group Classes, including: Reformer, Yin Reformer, Matwork, Yin Matwork, Mums & Bubs Pilates.
Please note that your pass gives you X amount of minutes which are used to redeem your class - our Matwork classes are scheduled for 30 minutes, but please allow 45minutes.
Class Packs are non-refundable, non-transferrable and for individual use only.
Class Packs and Private Class Passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase - extensions are available upon request, which must be done in writing to hello@wellbeingpilatesstudio.com before the expiration date.
Classes and Private Sessions are by appointment only, if there are no places available in you preferred class time you can request to be waitlisted.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or rescheduling appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of the class. We do understand that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, consistent and fair with all clients. Therefore NO exceptions will be made to this policy. If you don't attend a booked class, or try to cancel/reschedule the class within 24 hours of the commencement of that class, you will be charged for that class.

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Wellbeing Pilates Studio reserves the right to cancel classes if deemed necessary. However, we will always do our best to give you as much notice as possible of any class cancellations.

MOVEMENT MEMBERSHIPS

Weekly memberships are valid for 7 days and are activated on your chosen start date (on which date your account will be direct debited) and automatically renew every week.
All memberships have a minimum term of 4 weeks and can be cancelled at any time after this by giving 7 days notice via email to hello@wellbeingpilatesstudio.com
It is up to the membership holder to manage their class bookings, ensuring they adhere to our cancellation policy
- For clients wanting to make a recurring weekly booking, please advise your instructor in studio and we can book you in.
- For clients wanting to reschedule classes, please do so via the link in your reminder email or by contacting the studio 6 hours prior to the commencement of that class
If you do not book or attend your maximum limit of classes during the allocated week, your unused classes will not roll over
If you book more than your maximum number of classes, you will be charged $25/class
Memberships are non-transferrable between individuals
Memberships are non-refundable
Membership classes can be transferred to our Yin Pilates, Semi-Private Reformer or Mums & Bubs - just let us know via email to hello@wellbeingpilatesstudio.com to make any changes to the classes you would like on your pass.
Memberships can be put on hold/suspended, 7 days notice must be given by emailing the hold dates to hello@wellbeingpilatesstudio.com
- You must give the 7 days notice before the hold, and hold dates must be in 7 day increments.
- Please note that we are not able to back date any membership holds
Memberships can be amended to be paid fortnightly upon request - please email hello@wellbeingpilatesstudio.com
