I understand that this package includes a set number of lessons that I must use within a defined time frame, stated in the package details.

I understand that all lessons must be booked by me, the client, using the acuity link found in the emailed receipt after purchase. Cancelations and reschedules may be made by the client as needed via the appointment calendar but must be made no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled lesson. Any cancelations after the 48 hour mark will not be available for reschedules except in the case of a true emergency. Any unused lessons by the end of the package window will be forfeited. Lessons may be completed in person or online. Lessons may be booked more than once a week, back to back, or spread out among the package window weeks.
