I understand that all training services are good for one year from payment date, and any services not used within the one-year period will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to other people or dogs, or used for other services. Further, I understand that payment for private lessons cannot be used for group classes, and vice-versa. I understand that consistency and continuity are required for training. To support these goals, I understand that At Your Service Dog Training maintains a NO CANCELLATION policy. If I choose to cancel, I understand that my lesson, consultation, or class is forfeited. Appointments may be rescheduled at the discretion of the trainer.
