All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless specifically arranged with Caroline.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead of time free of charge by clicking the cancel/reschedule button in the confirmation email. Same-day cancellations cannot be refunded. If a client arrives over 10 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session is forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Due to the personal nature of this work, all sales are final. If a client wishes to discontinue services, no refunds are given to any of the unused portions of the coaching package or subscription.

The work here utilizes the healing technique of the Mirror Exercise in both Voice and Ascension coaching as taught by Jeff and Shaleia of Twin Flames Universe.
