Mummy & Me classes are a blend of post natal specific Yoga, Pilates, baby massage & sensory, designed to help you recover, and rebuild. Safely return to exercise, strengthen your body, confidence and educate your self of your new post natal body during fitness.
This class is for YOU as mum, taught by a rehab therapist specialising in postnatal exercise. Class finishes with baby sensory, brews and baby chat.
