I am fully aware of the physical risks involved within a pilates, exercise and rehab setting, and I have disclosed any medical information that may make me unfit to attend class. I am also fully aware of the extra risks involved in attending face to face classes during the Covid-19 crisis.

Please note you are attending studio classes at your own risk during Covid 19, and we kindly ask you follow all covid safety guidelines whilst visiting NJD.

We also have a 24 hour Studio cancellation policy, if you cancel a class within 24 hours you will still be charged for you class. If you need to cancel a class please give us as much notice as possible so that someone else can use your mat, as spaces are currently very limited due to covid restrictions.
