I am committed to creating a coaching partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) with Keni Dominguez, the coach. The coach agrees to hold all content of the sessions completely confidential. As the client, I commit to creating a successful alliance that supports me in reaching my career goals and living the life I intentionally choose to live.

I agree to (6) 50 minute career and mindset coaching sessions, plus up to (2) 30 minute additional SOS sessions.

I agree to shape the coaching relationship to best meet my needs by:

- Sharing what I know about my own motivations;

- Co-designing structures that will support me; and

- Asking for changes if the coaching strategy is not working.

I give the coach permission to:

- Challenge me with powerful questions;

- Suggest that I take action regarding things that I identify as important to me;

- Hold me accountable for taking actions I commit to; and

- Provide inquiries for me to think about and consider

I agree to the following business arrangements:

- The services to be provided by the coach to me, the client, are coaching, as designed jointly with me. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business ventures, or general conditions of my life or profession.

- The investment for the Comprehensive Coaching Program (careers/mindset coaching) is $2997, payable in advance. Payment plan options are available.

- The investment covers (6) sessions of 50 minutes in length, respectively. A Comprehensive Coaching Session also includes email support between sessions.

I agree to the following scheduling items:

- If I am late for a session, my session will be shortened.

- I will reschedule any session at least 24 hours in advance, or forfeit the session and be responsible for payment for that session.

- After 2 failed attempts to successfully reschedule, I understand my session will be forfeited and I am responsible for payment for the session.

I agree to the following terms around communication:

- I understand that I shall communicate with my coach only via email and not text.

I also understand that I am responsible for my progress during my time of coaching which includes my choices and decisions and that no guarantees are made about the results of coaching.

I understand that I am working with Keni Dominguez for professional career and mindset coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered reimbursable professional development or deductible business expenses.
