Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a value equal to the face value of the voucher, or higher upon payment of the difference. Class bookings using a voucher as payment can be made online, in store, or via telephone or email. Voucher Value, Voucher Code and Expiry Date must all tally with The Little Craftery's records. Vouchers with variances will not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. Voucher can be exchanged for another class at equal or higher value, upon payment of the difference. Change will not be given. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or defaced vouchers. The expiry date is automatically set at one year from the date of issue. Expiry dates can be extended, if requested within the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
