Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

These led sessions also offer time for individual goals to explore 'ease' within the Primary Series.

The practice is open to all, beginners and improvers are equally welcome.

Please note that this in-studio session is held at 40 Sunnymead Road, SW15 5HY.
We kindly request advance bookings and a minimum 24hrs notice to avoid cancellation fees.
