You will receive Zoom links/info by email after registering.

*For Memberships: you will be automatically billed each month on the same day of the month to continue to attend classes/access recordings in the video library. **Please note: a membership is not a purchase of class credits.

With the "Foundation" monthly membership ($48/month) you may attend one class a week within each billing cycle (4 or 5 classes within a cycle depending on the weeks in a month).
With the "Essentials" monthly membership ($80/month) you may attend two classes a week (8-10 classes within a monthly billing cycle).
With the "All Access" monthly membership ($120/month) you may attend as many classes as you wish!
All memberships give you access to the library of recordings for the life of the membership.
If Alison cancels class due to sickness/travel, there will either be a makeup offered or, your payment will be paused during the time there are no new classes.

Waiver of Liability-Offsite Training/Online Training

This Agreement is entered into between Alison Wesley ("Teacher") and the undersigned (“Client”). The provision of group classes online by Teacher to Client and Client’s use of any premises, facilities or equipment are contingent upon this Agreement.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, you do so at your own risk and assume the risk of any and all injury and/or damage you may suffer, whether while engaging in physical exercise or not. This includes injury or damage sustained while and/or resulting from using any premises or facility, or using any equipment/props. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activities and you acknowledge that you are not being monitored by any trainer and that there is no liability to the Teacher if there is an injury sustained.
RELEASE: This waiver and release of liability include, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of (a) slipping or tripping and falling (b) training you undertake that is online only without the in-person supervision of a trainer. Teacher will provide step by step instruction on completing the exercise in a safe manner but cannot monitor you the entire time you are completing these exercises. If you are unable to complete the exercise due to physical limitation or lack of understanding DO NOT attempt. Stop and ask Teacher for modifications and clarifications.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: You have read and voluntarily signed the waiver and release and further agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
