Not your average therapy session.

Somatic Experiencing is a therapeutic modality that helps you find and dissolve the trauma that lives in your body, causing anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, sexual dysfunction and more.

NOTE: This work is slow. Multiple sessions are required. You can sign up for single sessions, but we discount multiples *because we want to help you integrate and succeed.*

Kind of like a workout ... sure, you can go to the gym once, but you're not going to get a six pack that day... At the same time, Somatic Therapy is nothing like a workout, because you don't have to do it 4x/week for the rest of your life.
