Cancellation/ Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your lesson/class up to 24 hours prior to your original time for no charge. Please use the "Change/ Reschedule" button in your confirmation email to reschedule. Your Teaching Artist may reschedule your class at any time. If this happens, you will receive an email notification. You may then use the "Change/ Reschedule" button in your email to choose your next preferred date/ time. You are never charged when a Teaching Artist reschedules.

Lesson Packages:
If you purchase a lesson package, you will receive an automatically generated coupon code. You may book your lesson online as you normally would. Upon checkout, click the "Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate" button and enter your code. Lessons can be booked for any available time with your Teaching Artist, but must be used within the time frame listed starting from the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates:
You may be use your gift certificate with your Teaching Artist at any time. There are currently no expiration dates on gift certificates.

Subscription:
If you are on a monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your cancellation will be in effect on the next billing cycle. Any remaining lessons already paid for may still be used within the month paid.

*Please note: Once a lesson, lesson package, monthly subscription, or gift certificate is charged, no refunds will be given for any reason, no exceptions. Lessons already paid for may be rescheduled but not refunded. For lesson packages, any unused lessons must be used within the time frame listed starting from date of purchase.
