ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I understand that attendance of any dog training class, or agility class with Alpine Dogs K9 Adventures is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog(s) because some of the dogs to which I will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of an injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I hereby waive and release Alpine Dogs K9 Adventures, its officers, employees, owners, pet sitters, independent contractors and agents from any injury or damage occurring while attending group classes, private training, agility training and in home training classes with Alpine Dogs K9 Adventures, resulting from the action of my dog(s), other dog(s), other people or the environment. I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog(s).

AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Dogs K9 Adventures, its officers, employees, owners, pet sitters, independent contractors and agents from any and all claims arising from attending group classes, private training, agility training and in home training classes with Alpine Dogs K9 Adventures as a result of any action of any person or dog, including my own.

PHOTO CONSENT. I hereby grant permission for Alpine Dogs K9 Adventures to photograph, video or audio record my dog. I understand and agree that these materials will become your property and will not be returned. I hereby authorize you to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos or videos for purposes of publicizing your programs and services or for any other lawful purpose.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Alpine Dogs requires 48 hours cancellation notice. Group Classes, Private Training Packages and Memberships are non-refundable. When appropriate, we can offer a credit transfer to one of our other services that must be used within 60 days of purchase.
