When purchasing a package it is highly recommended to schedule all the sessions out in advance. That being said we know that life is unpredictable and not everyone has consistent schedules.
If you schedule a session and aren't able to make it, you must reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you don't reschedule in that time then that session will be taken out of your package. Only in the event of extreme circumstances (contracting COVID or having been in direct contact with someone with COVID, having had an accident, feeling terribly ill, etc.) will a waiver to this policy be considered.
There are no refunds on packages. Once purchased, you will not receive your money back. If you purchase a package for a friend or family member, please make them aware of this policy. I will not refund them the money.
