When you purchase this package, you will receive a certificate code allowing you or your gift recipient to schedule the noted number of Drop-In Lessons with the selected teacher. Please take note of this certificate code and keep it in a safe place, as you will need this code to schedule each of your lessons.

All Lessons must be completed within 91 days of purchase. Extensions will be granted only if the teacher is unavailable for more than two weeks in a row or four weeks in total during the period of validity of your certificate.
Lessons may be scheduled up to four weeks in advance. Each teacher will do their best to offer maximum availability, but we cannot guarantee specific timeslots.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. A credit for the cancelled lesson will be restored to your certificate code so long as you have given at least 48 hours' notice.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson in-person and cannot give 48 hours' notice, you may request an Online or Asynchronous Lesson in lieu of your In-Person lesson.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

I release Gori Voice Studio, LLC, its instructors, independent contractors, and all other associates from liability for harm, theft, or injury that may be suffered by me and/or members of my family traveling to or from or during participation in activities and programs sponsored by this organization.
I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in one-to-one and group vocal study and related activities.
On my behalf, and on behalf of my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Gori Voice Studios, LLC, its owners, instructors, and independent contractors of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or relating thereto.
I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Gori Voice Studios, LLC, its owners, instructors, agents, or representatives regarding infectious disease, whether infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any program.
By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all the above terms on my own behalf, and on behalf of all listed minor children (under 18) of whom I am legal parent/guardian.
