Packages and Subscriptions are for the designated timeframe. Ex: if your subscription or package is monthly (to be used within 30 days), you must use your sessions within 30 days. They cannot be carried over. You can cancel subscriptions at any time. The number of sessions you have left in that 30 days are for you to use. You will not be charged again. You agree to the arrangement when you sign up. Canceling an appointment will NOT cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, send an email to yvette@yvettethecoach.com. If you have signed up for an account, you can cancel subscriptions yourself in your account.
