This class is based on the original 34 exercises created by Joe Pilates. This class is for all levels and no experience or additional equipment is required. Please call the studio if you have any questions about the class or have any medical concerns regarding joining the class.
For Pilates training to be effective, one must be consistent and committed. This package has an expiration date that should allow you to take 1 class a week for 8 weeks. If for some reason you need your package extended, please call the studio. Extensions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Thank you.
This inclusive package starts with our private introductory session to teach you the basic choreography of the mat work; giving you the chance to learn in a private setting before join the the group. The package then also includes two mat classes to try out your new skills!
This package give you a great opportunity to see what it would be like to be a regular client of out studio. The package includes our Introductory session, plus two private sessions. These three sessions should be taken close together to get the most benefit from regular Pilates workouts.
