You will be automatically charged for your tuition in the beginning of each month for duration of the academic year (September 3rd 2024 through June 13th 2025) or whenever you first begin after the school year starts. Tuition includes weekly sessions except for blackout dates that include school breaks and national holidays. See a list of blackout dates below.

Late arrival/technology:

No adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival or technical difficulties on the part of the student. Any lost time because of late arrival or technical difficulties of Shane shall be compensated for by extending a session by the amount of time lost.

Shane will contact student(s) and their adult(s) via email 5 minutes after the start of the session. If the student does not show up within 15 minutes of the start of the session, it is forfeit and the Zoom meeting will end.

Students must have access to a device that runs Zoom with a camera, microphone, and preferably headphones for their sessions (especially if there is a lot of background noise for them). Please make sure your internet speed can handle video calls, especially if multiple people are using the internet at the same time.

Cancellation & Reschedules:

Each student is allotted 2 reschedules per semester. Fall semester runs September 3rd through December 20th. Spring semester runs January 6th through June 16th. Reschedules can't be made less than 24 hours before the start of the session, are dependent upon availability, and must be used within the same semester as the original session date. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours from the start of the schedule session will result in forfeiture of that session. All cancellations and reschedules must be made in writing via email or text message.

There will be no sessions on the following dates (also blackout periods for reschedules):

Wednesday November 27th through Friday November 29th Thanksgiving Holiday

Monday December 23rd through Friday January 3rd Winter Break

Monday January 20th Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Monday February 17th through Friday February 21st Mid-Winter Break

Monday April 14th through Friday April 18th Spring Break

Monday May 26th Memorial Day

The last day of sessions is June 13th, 2025
