As of November 13, 2023, Lead Therapist Rate of $30 additional will be applicable to all services regardless of duration, if booked with Kerryann. This rate is not included in the price of packages and will be added separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancelled or rescheduled appointments, or you will lose a credit if have a package- with less than 24 hours notice.

LATENESS

If, for any reason, you are expected to be late by 10 minutes or more, please call/text our office number at 718-885-6982. We do allow a 10-minute grace period. Any lateness after 25 minutes (without prior notice) will automatically cancel your appointment and you will be charged 100% of your total cost of service booked.

NO-SHOWS

A 100% charge applies to no-shows.
