A maintenance package comprising of 12 x 90 minute monthly sessions. You may have already completed therapy sessions or a package and would like the continue with the support I offer.
The sessions can be booked on a month by month basis or in blocks so that you have the dates already in the diary.
As well as the monthly sessions, phone or text support can be optional.
