Gift Certificate:

Gift Certificates do not expire and can be redeemed online. We only do online booking for all plays at this time.
Gift Certificates are NOT transferrable but shareable.
Open Play Gift Certificates are for Open Play only. The 10-day Play Pass GC are only for Open Play. If you'd like to redeem 6 for a Family Play, you may contact us.

Play Passes:

Play Passes are shareable as long as the Pass Holder is a part of the reservation. Friends may not use the pass alone without the Pass Holder attending the same reservation.
Passes are non-transferrable and are non-refundable once used.
Passes may be used to redeem a Family Play (6 passes required).

Memberships:

Tier 1 & 2 Open Play Membership is for 1 adult & 1 child only. Sibling 18 months and older is $30 additional a month ($79/month Membership for two).
All Membership Tiers will be on auto-pay and require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After 3-months, memberships may be canceled anytime with 30 days notice via e-mail.
If canceled earlier than 3 months, 100% of dues will be charged monthly until the 3-month contract ends.
If membership payment was declined before the 3-month commitment had been satisfied, member will need to pay dues before being able to book another play. Non-payment of these dues will result to temporary ban from any future booking.
Membership and all perks are revoked beginning the day of cancelation.
There is no penalty for downgrading or upgrading your membership.
All play and playdates must be used monthly and will not roll over.

SUMMER CAMP PASSES

Use your Camp Passes for any day of Summer Camp you'd like. You may use them for either location of your choosing. After purchasing the pass, you will receive a CODE via e-mail. Once received, you can go to our website, pick a location and then click Summer Camps. Use the code where it says "Redeem a Code" similar to how you would redeem a coupon.

RESERVATION CANCELATION

All of the above are subject to our Reservation Cancelation Policy. Cancelations and reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to get a credit back to your gift certificate, passes or membership. Pikopye's Town has a strict NO CREDIT BACK policy regarding no-show, last minute (within 24 hours), or same-day cancelations. No exceptions. Please read our General Policies for more information.
