Unlimited Open Play Policies:
* Open Play Memberships are now UNLIMITED starting 2024.
* All Memberships will be on autopay and require a minimum of 3-month commitment before cancelling.
* Reservation is still required when you're a member but will be prioritized for walk-in.
* Membership code must only be used by the same child. Abuse of your unlimited membership, i.e. sharing with friends and/or family, your membership will be revoked immediately.
* Membership card with child's photo will be issued to the member.
* Members are allowed up to two (2) last minute (within 24 hours) reschedules without penalty every month.
* There's a $10 NO SHOW fee for every no-show by a member which will be charged on the CC on file.
* If membership is revoked due to any reason that is no fault of Pikopye's Town before the 3-month commitment has been fulfilled, the full amount, the client will be charged monthly or in full until the 3-month commitment is met.
