I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I will continue to breathe smoothly.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have nor hereafter may have against Dawn Slykhuis and/or RVN Wellness.

By purchasing a membership I understand that I will be added to the RVN Wellness email list to ensure efficient communication of studio announcements. I understand that I can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Monthly memberships are non transferable or shareable.

First two week promo for $30 can only be used once during a lifetime per person.

By purchasing a monthly membership, you consent to RVN Wellness debiting your credit card on a monthly recurring basis until you provide 14 days written cancellation notice. Monthly payments can also be made by etransfer however late payments will result in a hold on the membership until outstanding balance has been paid.

Pre-registration is required and RVN Wellness is not responsible for any missed classes. Refunds will not be provided if the member is unable to use their pass and has not provided 14 days notice to RVN Wellness. Failure to attend classes is not a waiver of the obligation to pay monthly fees in full.

A $15 administrative fee will be charged for the rare occasion a refund is issued. To avoid this fee, we encourage you to honour our 14 day cancellation policy.

COVID Waiver:
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and public health authorities recommend practicing social distancing.
Although strict measures are being taken by RVN Wellness, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (such as social distancing, staggered classes, and deep sanitization, etc.), the undersigned acknowledges that attending classes or events held by RVN Wellness, could result in COVID-19 infection.
I further acknowledge that RVN Wellness can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, studio staff, and other studio clients and their families.
I voluntarily seek services provided by RVN Wellness and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending a RVN Wellness class or event and that failure to comply may result in my removal from the space.

* I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell and will not attend the studio or any event if I develop such symptoms.
* I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
* I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 in the past 14 days.
* I am following all Public Health Department and WorkSafe BC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
* I agree to honour and abide by the RVN Wellness studio protocols regarding COVID and understand these protocols may change at any time.
* I agree that if I exhibit any symptoms of Covid 19, such as sore throat, dry coughing, a raise in my normal temperature, I will not attend class within 5 days of having any of these symptoms.
