General Terms and Conditions

Covid safe workplace guidelines are adhered to by disinfecting all touch points between clients and using hand sanitiser.
You must declare any cold or flu-like symptoms 24 hours prior to any scheduled lesson. If the 24 hour deadline has passed, the lesson is cancelled and the lesson fee will be forfeited.
Lessons will be undertaken in an AIS approved instructor vehicle.
Your nxtgen driving instructors are fully qualified as Accredited Driving Instructors in Tasmania, passed a police check and holds a current WWVP card.
It is the responsibility of the student to not be effected by drugs or alcohol and be healthy enough to undertake the driving lesson at the scheduled time. If at any time during the lesson you are assessed as unfit or unsafe to drive, your instructor may terminate the lesson immediately and may assume control of the vehicle. In this circumstance the remaining lesson fee will be forfeited.

Payments and Cancellations/Rescheduled Bookings.

Please give more than 24hrs notice before commencement of your lesson time to cancel and reschedule a lesson booking, otherwise lesson fees will be forfeited
Nxtgen reserve the right to reschedule a lesson due to ill health of our instructors or in the case of a personal family issue. If this becomes the case we endeavour to give as much notice as possible and will rescheduled your lessons at the earliest convenience.

Terms and Conditions of Individual Lessons

Pick up location will be taken from the information entered at the time of booking. If circumstances change, please contact the instructor as soon as possible to arrange an alternate pick up point.
A standard on-road lesson is 60 minutes, including lesson briefing and de-briefing with an option for an extended, 90 minute lesson at specific times.
Failure to bring your Learner's Driver Licence will result in your lesson fees being forfeited.

Nxtgen Driving School collects your personal information in order to effectively provide lessons to you and to assess your driving skills, assist in internal administration, risk management, record keeping and archiving.
Nxtgen Driving School takes the privacy of its students seriously — Personal information will not be forwarded on or on-sold to third parties.
There may be times where Nxtgen Driving School needs to contact students directly using the provided information.
