By agreeing to the monthly membership subscription service with Kanga Indoor Playcenter operated by Playcare Kids, LLC d/b/a/ Kanga's Long Island City you are entering into a binding legal agreement to be charged a recurring monthly amount.
TERMS. The membership plan is for weekday entry excluding no-school holidays. The plan is specific to a single child, and cannot be shared with multiple children. The monthly membership plan provides unlimited number of entries into Kanga's Playcenter within the Membership period, subject to availability. No outside food or drinks are allowed into the Playcenter. Membership customers are bind by all Terms and Conditions for general entry into Kanga's Playcenter.
PAYMENT. The payment for your monthly membership subscription at Kanga's Indoor Playcenter is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions about your order or dispute a charge on your invoice, please contact Kanga's Long Island City before the due date. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, you must notify Kanga's Long Island City of any disputes concerning any charges within 15 days after the date of your party or event. You accept all charges not disputed within 15 days.
REFUNDS. Kanga's Indoor Playcenter does not issue refunds at any point. Should you cancel your reservation once charged or choose to leave prior to original scheduled time you will be charged and not refunded. In emergency situations a credit may be issued for a return visit, however no refund will be given.
CANCELLATION. You need to provide at least ten (10) days notice prior to the beginning of your next billing cycle to have your membership subscription cancelled. Failure to comply will result in another month of membership subscription.
