Membership Club Rules and Regulations
In person readings will be done at Gillian's sanctuary in Westlake Village, CA. Once you join, you will be provided address and instructions. In person readings require pre-approval. You must complete at least 1 video reading with Gillian prior to being able to book an in person reading.
By joining the membership club, you will receive credits for 4 discounted in person readings to be used anytime within 1 year of joining.
Your membership will automatically renew one year after you join, unless you cancel your membership. Cancellation of membership must be done 30 days in advance of next payment date. If you would like to cancel your membership, please email us at gillian@LAPsychic.com.
If you would like to cancel your membership, and have used any reading credits, prior to 4 payments being made, we will charge you the difference between what you paid for the discounted readings and the current full price readings for the reading credits that were used. If you would like to cancel your membership and have NOT used any reading credits, you will be refunded the entire amount paid.
You agree that your credit card on file will be charged when you join and then on the first day of every quarter. For example, if you join on May 15, you will be charged May 15, then subsequent payments will be charged on July 1, and October 1, January 1, and April 1, and the first of every quarter thereafter until you cancel the membership. ​
When you join you will receive an email with a Certificate code to schedule your appointments in the online scheduler. You may schedule up to 4 appointments anytime within one calendar year of your join date. You can schedule at any time after joining by using the certificate code in your confirmation email. If you do not schedule your appointments during the calendar year after you join, a credit for any unused appointments will roll over to the next calendar year. The credits for appointments will not expire. If you would like to schedule more than 4 readings in any calendar year, please email us and we will provide you with a discount code to receive the Members only discounted rate for additional readings.
