Refund Policy: Thank you so much for your business. We value our customers and hope you enjoy your SoundStory experience. We understand things happen and plans change. As such, we are happy to offer a full (100%) refund on any unredeemed gift certificates within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, gift certificates are only 50% refundable. Expired gift certificates (older than 365 days), are not refundable.

Expiration: Gift certificates must be redeemed within 1 year (365 days) of purchase. After 1 year, gift certificate codes will no longer be valid, and will no longer be refundable.
