Mum & Baby Yoga 3-week Course

3-week course for Mum & Baby Yoga.

Mum and Baby Yoga, also called Post-natal Yoga, offers a therapeutic approach to support healing, relaxation, and bonding with your baby. We mix recuperative postures with toning exercises. The class is a great way to socialise with local parents.

Your baby will enjoy a sensory experience with colourful lights, scarves and sounds.
The class is designed to aid digestion, promote sleep, and develop motor skills.
Feed your little one as and when needed. Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to approximately 8 months old. Dads, carers and families with twins welcome. Group of 8 socially distanced. Bring a mat and a cushion.

If your baby is already sitting up or starting to be more mobile, we run Yoga for Mums & Tots, Tuesdays 9.30-10.15 suitable until baby is about 14 months old.

Tuesdays: 11.00-12.00
Term times only.

You'll need a mat, a cushion to sit on and a light blanket for baby's head.

Once paid, you’ll receive a unique code to go book your first session in our calendar, and fill-out a registration form.

A Taster 3-week course to discover practicing Yoga alongside your baby and he/she becomes more mobile.

You will practice Yoga stretches and entertain your little one with action songs and rhymes. The class is designed to help you regain your balance, strengthen, and relieve tension. It offers fun exercises to capture your little one’s attention. We mix movements involving baby and movements where he/she is simply watching / crawling or toddling around you.

Time: 9.30-10.15 on Tuesdays.

Yoga for Mums & Tots 6-week course

Mindful and nourishing time for you and your baby! You will practice Yoga stretches and entertain your little one with action songs and rhymes. The class is designed to help you regain your balance, strengthen, and relieve tension. It offers fun exercises to capture your little one’s attention. We mix movements involving baby and movements where he/she is simply watching / crawling or toddling around you.
Suitable for mums with babies who are sitting up, crawling or about to. From about 6 months old. Every ability welcome, including Yoga first timers. Dads, carers and families with twins welcome.

Group of 7 socially distanced. Bring a mat and a cushion.

Tuesdays: 09.30-10.15

If your baby is not yet sitting up or mobile, we run Mum & Baby Yoga, Tuesdays 10.45-11.45 & 12.30-1.30 suitable 2-8 months old.

Yoga for Teens & Tweens 6-week course

Dealing with growing up, school demands & social changes can lead to increased stress, anxiety and concentration issues. In this class for tweens and teens, children will practice relaxation and breathing techniques to help create stillness & space in their mind and body.

They will stretch lightly after the school day and leave the class feeling refreshed and settled.

Suitable from 10 years old - Year 6 to Year 9 approx.
Next start date: 3rd November 2021.
