*All visits include a review of your personal InBody analysis, lifestyle coaching, assistance with recipes, meal plans, goal setting.

180 total minutes or 12 - 15 min coaching sessions (in person or video conference). 30 min coaching sessions can also be used for this membership.
4 Sessions must be used per month for 3 months.
