I understand that the studio is monitored by CCTV with the ability to record and allow live access remote viewing. I understand that the system is registered with the ICO and the certificate can be viewed at the bottom of the stairs. Any subject access requests must be made in writing and via post to the studio at our registered address.
I accept that I am responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the premises BEFORE I accept clients into the studio. I understand that any breach of current Government imposed laws/restrictions will result in the termination of my booking without refund and at the point of the breach - even if I am still in my session!
I understand that my booking includes a 30 minute clean and tidy time at the end of my session. I understand that CCTV will be used to confirm I have stopped my use of the studio at the correct time and only cleaning will be undertaken for the 30 minutes after my session ends. If I continue to use the studio after my booking end time I understand I will be charged an additional £30.
I agree that cancelled bookings are charged accordingly - NO EXCEPTIONS
- 48 hours or less notice will be charged at 100% of the booked time.
- 48 to 96 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the booked time.
- 96 hours to 1 weeks notice will be charged at 25% of the booked time. More than 1 weeks notice will incur no cancellation charges.
