Not ready for the full all-access pass monthly coaching experience, but want regular accountability? This is for you! Your basic monthly coaching subscription includes:
- One 60-minute call per month, during which we discuss your plan, what is working, what isn't, and any changes that should be made to keep you on track and working towards your goals.
- Help setting goals and creating an action plan to make those goals attainable.
- Weekly accountability check-ins via email. This is where you send me all the details about the week, including any forms of tracking that we discuss for your personal plan) and get weekly feedback.
