4-Week Subscription
By purchasing a 4-week subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current selected subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your 4-Week Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Once you have chosen your subscription option and ordered it, you will have 4 weeks to redeem all of the sessions allotted according to that option. If some of those sessions go unused, they will not roll over into the next 4 week block.
We will be out of town, what do we do (vacation, tournament, etc.)?
As aforementioned, you will have the 4-week block to fit in the sessions you paid for. If you will be out of town, please plan accordingly to make sure your child can get their sessions in. We will accommodate this change to the best of our ability to guarantee you the service you have paid for. For example, if you will be out on vacation for 1 week, schedule your sessions during those 3 weeks you will be in town. In the event that your child picks up an injury or anything else that life throws at us, we have the ability to roll those sessions over into the next 4-week block. You must email us at info@invictussoccerlv.com to let us know of these circumstances and we will work on making the adjustments necessary.
Session Cancellation Policy
Life happens. Out of respect for our coaching staff, please let us know if you need to cancel/reschedule a session within 6 hours of the appointment start time. Failure to do so will result in that session being used towards your allotted sessions for that 4 week period.
