I understand that hypnosis is a co-creative process that involves my presence and participation. I understand that I am responsible for showing up in all ways to the best of my ability without distraction, unimpaired by drugs or alcohol. I understand that I do not need to believe in hypnosis for it to work, but that I do need to be willing to experience the change I seek.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that my commitment to my process is an integral part of having a good experience. I am responsible for managing my schedule, and that changing my appointment with less than 48 hrs notice will result in a $75 reschedule fee or forfeit my session in the series. I understand there are no refunds, and that if I am on a payment plan I am ultimately responsible for paying for all the sessions I have used.

COVID19:

I understand that if I am actively experiencing symptoms of illness that prevent comfortably having an online session, I may reschedule at any time without a fee.

If I am not experiencing symptoms, but exposure becomes a concern, I agree to have my session at the appointed time over Zoom, else the cancel/reschedule policy applies.
