Transform Within is like having your very own personal coach for all things wellness, much like any other 1-1 service. Vas will guide you through the ins and outs of adapting a healthier lifestyle, being the soundboard that you need, the friend you can call, so that you can achieve the results you desire. By the end of your 8 weeks together, you'll feel more empowered, motivated, and eager to continue forward on your path.
Here's what you can expect in your 8 WEEKS with Vas:
Nutrition - recipes, meal planning, favorite products, restaurants, grocers, pantry and fridge organization and must haves, grocery list, and overall guidance on what a healthy eating looks like for you.
Mindset Tricks, Tips, and Hacks to Get It Done
Guidance on Wellness Experts - where to go, what to do, what type of additional support you might need (acupuncture, herbalist, functional testing, psychologists, reiki, sound, movement classes, breathwork, etc.)
Time management and Planning - making space for your wellness
Prioritizing Your Wellness - Vas will make sure that your wellness comes first helping you to take the time that you need to meet your goals.
Accountability - unlimited text access Monday - Friday
What Healthy Movement Looks Like for You
Recorded Sessions - available for 3 months after purchase
Resources - notes after each session, books/audiobooks, handouts, podcasts
Details and Logistics:
4, 75 minute, private coaching sessions with Vas. (bi-monthly)
4, 30 minute check in calls with Vas (bi-monthly)
Unlimited text questions
Sessions are virtual and will be recorded. (in person if local and desired)
$2400 - payment plans available
Deposit - $175, non-refundable, upon signing up.
Sessions will be scheduled together with Vas after your purchase including calls and in person meetings.
