I have read the details on the relevant pages and understand and agree to the notes including but not limited to:

For Gift Certificate purchases
- They are non-refundable
For Play Pass purchases
- Passes expire 12 months from today.
- There are no refunds for unused or partially used passes.
- Play sessions can be rescheduled until 2 hours before they start. After that, the play time has been "used" and cannot be returned to the pass, except in case of illness.
For Membership purchases:
- My credit card will automatically be charged once per month (starting 30 days from now);
- There are no refunds once charged;
- I can cancel anytime and use the remainder of the month that has been paid for;
- I may cancel appointments until 2 hours in advance. I authorize "No Show" appointments to be charged at the regular Open Play rate. (If you or your child is sick, please call us and we will, of course, waive the no-show fee)
