Dogs with a history of aggression (dog directed or human directed) are not eligible of the Day School program. By signing up for the program you are agreeing that your dog does not have a history of aggression.

If your dog is unable to be crated or separated via baby gate please contact us to discuss options before signing up for the program. Dogs need to be able to be crated or separated via baby gate for nap times.

Each group class is 1 hour long

For puppies aged 12 - 24 weeks, this course is a six week, open-enrollment course, designed to give you and your pup the best starting basic manners by building a positive and functional relationship.

By training in Positive Start, you and your puppy will create a positive bond with solid communication and understanding . Not only will you and your puppy learn the basics of training including skills like sit, down, and stay, but your puppy will have a solid foundation for becoming a wonderful adult dog.

Windy is the trainer for this class and will help you navigate how to get started on the right track.

This class is a rolling enrollment which means that you typically can start as soon as we have an open seat in the class.

Cost of the class is $200.00

Canine Good Citizen

From AKC: “Canine Good Citizen is a 10-Skill Test that teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners.

By training in CGC, you and your dog will deepen your bond and become a more connected team. Not only will you and your dog learn the basics of dog training and master skills like sit, down, and stay, but your dog will become a welcomed community member when out in public.

The CGC title is a prerequisite for many therapy dog certifications, as well as a great introduction to more advanced dog sports & activities.”

Jewel is heading up this class and will help you prepare to pass the 10 skill test and lay a solid foundation for a well behaved dog in public. This class serves as a prerequisite for more advanced classes.

This class is held in 4 class sessions at a time with a recommendation of 8 classes to get the full curriculum. Basic Manners Class for REACTIVE DOGS (Level 1)

This class is designed to give you and your reactive dog the skills you need to navigate good manners in public around other dogs and people. By working through their issues, and helping them be handler focused, your dog will gain the ability to work through their reactivity and look to you for guidance on what to do in exciting situations. At the same time, you will learn how to help them through these situations, and what to do when they look to you for help.

Taught by our head trainer and behavior consultant, Caitlin Morrow, this class will help you to be able to walk your dog in public without fear or embarrassment. Caitlin has 17 years of experience training dogs, as well as consulting for anxiety and aggression.

This class is held in 4 class sessions at a time with a recommendation of 8 classes to get the full curriculum. This is a Level 1 class which means that we are starting from the basics of come when called. No previous classes are required. We will start with teaching skills inside and work towards being outdoors around distractions. Come When Called is one of the hardest behaviors that require a solid foundation and then we will build on that into more distracting environments.
