Grassroots Beginner Training

Grassroots basketball is designed to instill a love of basketball and encourage good sportsmanship. Players will be introduced to the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding in a fun and positive atmosphere.

- Sessions are 30min
- 4 days per week

Young Ballers

Young Ballers skills sessions are designed to build fundamental skills and basic building blocks of the game.

​This is for basketball players that are serious about improving their skills preparing to advance to the performance level of club teams.

- Sessions are 60 Min
- 2 days per week


Game Changers

Game Changers is advanced curriculum-driven Training.

This Session is for High-level competitive athletes.

These are sessions preparing players to compete at high levels of AAU, High School and prepare for possible college transition.

- Sessions are 50 Min
- 2 days per week

Little Hoopers

Little Hoopers training sessions are designed for boys and girls ages 6-8.

Training done on 8ft baskets

Sessions will include:

Skill Work
Passing, Shooting, Defense, Dribbling, Rebounding, Ball Handling, and Offensive Moves

Speed & Agility
Footwork, Defensive Slides, Sprints, Change of Speed, Change of Direction
