Virtual Runner's Train Stronger Program (3 months)
A runners-specific strength program designed to improve your performance and prevent injury.
Programmed by Physical Therapist, strength and conditioning specialist and running biomechanics expert, Gabby Callagy of The RunRX.
You will receive:
- 3 months of strength workouts which can be followed in tandem with a race training plan or as general strength guidance for runners
- 1 bonus "maintenance" workout for when you get closer to your race or need a lighter day
- Access to full videos that guide you through each monthly workout set with in depth form cuing, education on relationship to injuries and why we're doing each exercise
- Monthly email with lots of tips, tricks and info intended to not only drag you through this training but empower you feel confident with everything you're doing in the strength training world
- Templates for tracking each workout, as well as monthly progress
