*Sessions are held at 6-8 pm UK time and run on a monthly basis (usually this is the first Monday of the month).
*All group members will receive a 1:1 session before the first session and then again every 90 days
*All subscriptions are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment and then will revert to a rolling monthly contract which can then be cancelled by yourself at any time
