This is an ongoing journey process to work together over a period of 2-3 months. We use the structure of a formal coaching session, with the movement exercises & tools to explore patterns and themes in the client's life.

The focus of an embodiment session is to seek new ways of relating to old patterns; to step outside of familiar repetitions into the expansive terrain of creativity. We co-create what else is possible, outside of the familiar and well-worn paths of the mind.

This process demands presence, full commitment to self-awareness and uncompromising compassion. The rewards are profound. Committing to the process over a period of time is what ensures sustained transformation, not just the "A-ha!" moment.

6 sessions of 1 to 1 Embodiment Coaching
(To be booked AFTER the Initial Vision session with action plan to map our work together)

By signing up for coaching you are agreeing:

1. To be honest, courageous and willing to do the work needed to benefit your life

2. To explore challenges and opportunities with a creative and open mindset; and

3. To pay the nominated fees in full before the first session; and

4. To notify Lucine of any changes to your circumstances along the way that will impact your physical/emotional safety or ability to participate in these sessions; and

5. That no refund is available once the fees are paid; and

6. To attend all coaching sessions on time, at the agreed times; and

7. If a session needs to be re-scheduled this will be done so with 24 hours notice using the "reschedule session" button within your confirmation email. Any session without 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited; unless previously consulted with Lucine in the case of emergency/unforeseen events.

8. Both the coach and the client will keep confidential all information discussed or presented in the sessions, including but not limited to Lucine’s intellectual property, and the structure and content of the sessions; and

9. To give full and honest disclosure about relevant facts or situations within each session; and

10. That you undertake these sessions at your own risk and that Lucine is not responsible for the changes you choose to make in your life and is not liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused.
