A $88 one time fee is required for onboarding in the Mysa Weight Loss program. A $200 recurring monthly fee will be charged to card on file. If at anytime you wish to change your payment method, please let us know. This $200 fee covers your monthly health assessment and consultation with the Nurse Practitioner, a nutritional assessment and meal plan as well as the cost of any scripts necessary to get your prescription weight loss medication to you. This fee does not cover the cost of the medication itself. Depending on what is prescribed, medication can be delivered to your door or will need to be picked up from our Mysa Dallas location.
