TERMS: By signing up for a training program, you agree that the training will commence on the Monday following your registration and will run for the duration specified at the time of sign-up. The program will not be extended due to incomplete workouts. You must notify your coach of any necessary adjustments required, such as lack of equipment while traveling, to ensure program effectiveness. This policy is in place to uphold accountability and maintain the consistency and efficacy of the program.
