Classes @ Muse offer full-body balanced workouts that will increase mobility, flexibility and strength. We're building a community founded on body positivity and inclusivity, and we can't wait to meet you.

What To Expect

No experience is required—our workouts are designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offers several modifications throughout the class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.

What To Wear

Wear snug but comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.

What To Bring

Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props.

When to Arrive

Warming up is a critical part of class, clients must arrive 5 minutes before class begins so they do not miss the warm-up session. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.

Late or No-Show Policy

Classes begin on-time at the top of the hour they are scheduled. If you have confirmed your scheduled class appointment but arrive during or after the warm-up session, or do not show up, you will forfeit a punch on your punch card and will be asked to join another class.

Guest Policy

We very strictly do not allow guests to wait in the Studio during barre class sessions.

Payment Policies

Class payments, Punch Cards in any amount and Monthly Memberships are non-refundable.

Payment is due in full at the time of class.

Punch Cards will be tracked by your instructor.

Punch Cards do not expire.

Monthly Barre Membership Policies

Monthly Barre Membership fees are processed automatically on the 1st day of each month, late penalties apply for NSF. There is no contract for a Monthly Barre Membership, but they must be cancelled by phone within 7 days of the next billing cycle. Unused Monthly Barre Membership punches and massages do not carry over to the next month.
