During this 1:1 Coaching Session we will use this hour to sit down one on one to discuss your individual goals. This is great for new clients coming into the studio in order to learn how our programming works and make a plan together that works for your individual needs. This is also great for current clients who are feeling stuck, have had a setback that requires individualized guidance OR are feeling ready to grow and progress in their health and fitness habits and are looking for guidance. Michelle (owner/trainer/educator) will be your coach for these 1:1 sessions. Once you have purchased she will be in touch to setup a mutually convenient time to meet. These sessions can be done in-person or virtually.
