All booking fee deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, regardless of the reason for THE CANCELATION. All Services are NON REFUNDABLE as well! All appointments must be canceled 72 hours in advance. If you do not give the proper notice you will be charged the full amount of the service. The BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE, even if you give the proper notice. Your $50 deposit on PMU goes towards your PMU touch up appointment, not your initial PMU appointment.

STOP! If you have had prior eyebrow tattooing. Please submit a clear photo of your eyebrows without makeup to info@flawlessglogj.com as we do not do "corrective work" for everyone. Please also note you will need to add (corrective work) to your appointment after selecting which eyebrow treatment type you want. Somebody else's work (not our original work) is not considered touchup work and you will need to book a regular appointment, NOT a follow up.
