Free Movement Solutions Packages and Classes T&Cs

1. Packages can be used for any of the sessions available at the Free Movement Studio. There is no minimum requirement or maximum limit to the number of sessions that can be attended per week.

2. Packages have expiry limits depending on the package.

3. All sessions should be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk-ins will only be permitted if there are available slots left open. If we are fully booked, no walk-ins will be entertained.

4. All places are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Your booking will only be confirmed after a successful checkout.

5. We have a strict cancellation policy. You must cancel your booking at least 6 hours in advance. No reimbursements or refunds will be made for late cancellations except in exceptional situations.

6. Packages may be transferred to another person. However, there will be an administrative transfer fee of $50.

7. We reserve the right to amend, add, delete terms and conditions here without prior notice.

8. By purchasing our packages, classes and courses, you agree to photos and videos taken during the course of the class.
