• Membership is automatically billed based on signup date. We will send out a reminder 7 days ahead. You will NOT receive a monthly statement. 
• Auto-Payment (ACH) is processed for ALL memberships monthly on the 1st.  It will never process before that day but may process after that day due to weekends or studio closures. Everyone is automatically enrolled in our ACH processing program. To opt out you must pay the whole year in front in cash or credit card. 
• Membership Fee 6-month season.
• Communication is done through email please keep your email up to date. Check your email at least 1hr to the start of your class in the event of last-minute cancellations due to sickness or weather.  If you do not seem to be receiving our emails, please take a moment to email info@starlitebozeman.com and update your email.  You will also find all of our emails sent to you there.
• We are not held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries that might occur in or on the property of Starlite Bozeman LLC.
• Specific classroom attire is required for all dancer and price varies per class .
• If you need to change or drop a class, you can do it in the acuity client app or email info@starlitebozeman.com.
• Virtual learning may occur in the event of a studio closure of any kind.
• Remember, NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED a $15 min FEE to the card on file!
• A NSF fee of $25 will be automatically applied to your account in the event of an NSF payment.
• Save 5% by paying in full with credit card/check, or 10% by paying in full with cash.  The discount is applied to remainder of tuition not currently paid.
• Any accounts not paid will be turned over to Express Collections after June 1st and a 35% collection fee will be assessed to your account.
• Starlite Bozeman, takes photos and videos of our dancers and the facility during classes or special events. These will be used for Advertising or Promotions purposes and may be placed on social media sites, newspapers, or our websites. If you do not want to be part of this, just let the instructor know before class.
