This agreement begins when you make your payment, please invest mindfully as your fee is not refundable. By accepting this agreement you are committing to make any future payments detailed.

Your Coaching Relationship

Your coaching sessions take place in a brave container where you can speak your heart and mind. Your coach is your ally and your champion and is in service to you and the future you are creating. This means you can rely on your coach to be compassionate and straightforward in asking questions and inviting you to try new ways of being.

You can also count on your coach to celebrate you, and to be right there with you when things are difficult.

Always know that you are the expert of you.

Showing up

When you book your coaching sessions, your coach commits to having that time available just for you. This affects how many other clients they can work with. This means if you don't show up or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your session. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to a session, your coach will assume you are cancelling.

You are able to pause or extend this coaching relationship at any time – please discuss this with your coach.

Communication with your Coach

During your coaching relationship, you should feel free to contact your coach using their email.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during your sessions is kept strictly confidential. In order to best serve you, your coach may discuss your sessions with their supervisor but would never use details that would identify you.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Agreement will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited by applicable law.

We will not be liable to you for breach of statutory duty arising in connection with this Agreement for loss of profits, loss of sales or business, loss of agreements or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or damage to goodwill, loss of use or corruption of software, data or information, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you for breach of statutory duty arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be limited to the payments paid by you to us under this Agreement.

At no time should any of our coaching services be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health services, nor should our coaching services be construed as professional therapy. If at any time you need medical or psychological treatment, it is your sole responsibility to seek it out.

We will always in our dealings with you use our best professional endeavours and skills. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from your use of the coaching services as any such outcome will vary based on the level of effort, engagement and implementation on your part.

Any statements made by us regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding on us. We may provide testimonials from previous clients, which are not to be relied upon to predict results in your specific situation.

We may provide real-life examples or hypothetical examples of possible outcomes, which are in no way guarantees of what will occur in your specific situation. Outcomes depend on many factors including but not limited to your level of personal responsibility, commitment and abilities, in addition to those factors that you or we may not be able to anticipate. Your reliance on any information provided by us is done so at your own risk.

You acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising in connection with the coaching services we provide. As such, you agree that we are not and will not be responsible for any of your actions, inactions, direct or indirect results in connection with our coaching services.

Concerns and Worries

Making changes to our lives takes time – and when it comes to self-doubt, you are likely to be unravelling beliefs and behaviours that have been with you for a long time.

Please raise any concerns or worries you have, with your coach directly and at the earliest opportunity. You can do this in your session or over email (your coach will be checking in with you too!).

Declaration

By ticking the box above, I understand that I am working with my chosen Self-belief Coach for professional coaching at the agreed fee. I understand that this is not psychological counselling or therapy; nor is it a substitute for these services. I understand that my coach is not a therapist, licensed psychologist or a medical professional.
